Our free and ad-free app Between The Lines answers your questions and shows you important information on various topics. It's normal to not feel well sometimes. But it is important that you actively deal with your problems - and we want to support you in this!

In our app you will find information and help on general topics (media consumption, drugs, relationship problems) as well as on mental illnesses and therapies (depression, ADHD, personality disorders). Our app consists of 3 parts:

1. The information platform provides you with validated knowledge that has been developed by our team of psychologists - understandable, scientifically sound and to the point.

3. Do you feel the need to speak to an expert about your topic? Our help platform offers you an overview of all available offers – locally, online and by telephone.

3. There is a colorful mix of content in the media library. Click through our selection of videos and podcasts and learn how others deal with these topics.

The non-profit Between The Lines gGmbH is behind this app in collaboration with several German cities. We are not profit-oriented and treat your data confidentially. No one can and will ever know what you do in the app.
