With Know Me, you can have your identity information approved by using your new type (with chip) identity card or passport and complete the process with a video interview. If you submit your request to become a customer through online channels to a finance company that works integrated with Know Me; You will be sent the Know Me application download link and identification code. Afterwards, you will become a corporate customer in a few minutes by making a short conversation with the relevant company's Customer Communication Center via the application.
