How do I request a BeCab?

1. Download the BeCab Passenger app and create your account.

2. Open the app and enter your destination.

3. Once a closer driver accepts your request, you will be able to see their information and that of the vehicle in which you will be traveling. You will be able to review the location of the driver and the time it will take him to get you. In addition, you can contact him through messages or calls.

4. Select your payment method: Credit card or cash.

5. Click on "Confirm" and at the end of the trip remember to rate your experience. Your opinion is very important for us!

All BeCab drivers go through a selection process where they are qualified through different filters. In the BeCab application, you can add trusted contacts who will follow your journey in real time.
