The batch cooking consists of dedicating about 2 hours of your weekend to peeling and cutting vegetables, marinating and cooking various dishes ... and, during the week, just having to reheat, mix or cook something fast for in less than 15 minutes to have Your food ready.

With our app you will have weekly access to new "batch cooking" menus with varied and balanced meals. We will also guide you step by step to make it as easy as possible. The process is the following:

1) Choose a batch cooking menu that you want

2) Make the purchase with the ingredients that we indicate

3) Follow the recipe, with step-by-step instructions

4) Store in a fridge or freezer

During the week, before serving food, you should only consult the instructions for mixing, heating or cooking something at the last moment.
