Bakaiya Krishi is the mobile application built under the Bakaiya Rural Municipality, Makwanpur. For the betterment of the farming communities of the Bakaiya Rural Municipality, digitalization of agriculture and livestock sector has been carried out for the precise data management, linkage of farmers with input suppliers and market, proper information and notice flow. Based on the online software, a mobile app with the name “Bakaiya Krishi” is developed.

Providing the right information at the right time for the right farmers is crucial for agriculture development and extension. Bakaiya Krishi App aims to fulfill the knowledge gap among the farming community on information lag and provide information about notices from the rural municipality, agriculture knowledge hub and link the farmers with agriculture extension and market.

This app is the sole property of the Bakaiya Rural Municipality and is intended for the public service free of cost.
