With a revolving roster of internationally acclaimed bartenders and a curated selection of fine liquors, we use interesting local flavours to produce drinks that you will only find within these walls. To complement this we have designed a unique menu. Using modern cooking technique and the best local produce, we explore the rich cultural culinary history of Sri Lanka and its colonial past.
