The app is your interactive companion through the exciting first year with baby. It comes from the Healthy Network, an IN FORM Initiative of the Federal Government.

Baby & Food offers you information and practical support from breastfeeding, through the bottle milk and the complementary foods to family meals. Also, the diet of the nursing mother and the important role of the father are explained. The app is based on the nationwide consistent and scientifically sound recommendations on infant nutrition and nutrition of the nursing mother of the network Healthy in life.

With the new diary function of the app, you can capture memories of special moments - even in the form of photos. If you want, you can also be regularly reminded to write a diary.

Whether with meat, fish or vegetarian: With the porridge calculator you can create, save and share recipes. Larger quantities can also be calculated. So the porridge can be precooked and frozen in portions. This saves time and nerves.

Even pregnant women and parents of toddlers can find out about a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle via app. To this end, the Competence Center for Nutrition (KErn) and the Foundation for Child Health have developed their own apps in cooperation with Netzwerk Gesund in Leben.
