Dr. Hayat Al-Ali is a Bahraini woman who, in her previous experience of nearly 20 years in the academia field, exerted extensive effort in creating an atmosphere of wellbeing among her students and colleagues, and then followed a modern style in her leadership management so that her employees enjoyed an atmosphere of comfort and happiness at work. She specialized then in corporate wellbeing. Below is her bio:
