Axyma Forms is a mobile information collection application that assists supervisors in checking and controlling their teams' work routines and team members in executing routines. Users, teams, work routines and their conference items are configured through a simple and straightforward interface, which can be run on any device connected to the internet.

Supports companies in improving the quality of services provided, defining work routines efficiently, associating those responsible for execution and identifying offenders of non-compliance, enabling improvement actions to be applied.

Axyma Forms is made up of two modules. The Web module allows the configuration of the entire system, from user registration, teams, routines that will be executed to analytical functions. The Mobile module is the system's operating environment, where process data is collected for approval, analysis or definition of improvement plans.

The Web and Mobile modules are integrated and work with synchronized data.

The mobile module can be operated on smartphones and tablets with Android or iOS operating systems, without the need to purchase specialized devices.

The solution is easily configured to meet the specific needs of each client's processes, allowing use in different segments such as Health, Cleaning, Security, Quality, Transport and Logistics, Civil Construction, Housing, Retail and Food
