Aventsys Capture is a mobile data collection and analysis platform, designed to provide a convenient and reliable method of capturing important data in a variety of situations.

Sign into devices and download available data forms. Complete any number of different forms - even when the device is offline. Submit form data and upload images immediately, or whenever a network connection is next available.

Use the online Management Portal to build data forms. Choose from a wide range of question types, from simple check-boxes to photographs and customer signatures. Publish your data forms and make them available to selected device users.

Data Forms

Data is captured by completing Data Forms on a mobile device - this data is then uploaded for later reporting and analysis.

Data forms are created in the Management Portal and consist of a number of questions arranged into one or more sections. There is a comprehensive set of question types, each designed to capture a specific type of data.

Offline Operation

============

Aventsys Capture is able to operate effectively without an active network connection.

Once a set of Data Forms are downloaded to the device, the user is able to complete any number of forms whilst offline. Completed forms are stored by the device for upload at a later time.

This feature allows Aventsys Capture to be used in many different situations:

Rural areas with little or no network coverage

Underground environments

Areas with network restrictions (e.g. Hospitals)

Reporting and Exporting

The Aventsys Capture Management Portal provides a range of reporting functions allowing you to view and analyse completed form data.

Submitted form data can be exported in XML format either as individual form documents or via a range of consolidation options.

Each question type provides a means of generating a score based on the given response - thereby providing additional analysis possibilities.

Actions and Notifications

Use automatic actions and notifications to monitor incoming data forms uploaded from your devices. Set-up email alerts or add forms to your review list whenever certain trigger conditions are detected. Trigger conditions can include overall form score or specific responses to individual questions.
