After this three-week step-by-step audio course you are able to use Autogenic training even without spoken instructions for yourself (even without the guidance of the speaker) as an effective relaxation techniques.
After practical introduction to the fundamentals of Autogenous training you can start with the exercises. The exercises take about ten to twenty minutes each. This allows this relaxation technique easily integrated into everyday life, because you can always spare twenty minutes.
