The solution works only with the Retail Analytica office and is activated by agreement with the company's customers and its employees. Dialogues become available for analysis, which allows you to improve the quality of service and increase sales, be it banks, shops, hospitals or public service centers.

How it works: an employee, after providing his consent, installs the program on his mobile device. The program records everything that happens, but only relevant, key moments are sent to the server - all other recorded data is erased. Sending is initiated either by clicking on a button or by keyword. The analysis takes place in the Retail Analytica system.
