In the application it is possible to check all the information about the technician's assistance, making it possible to identify the problems, causes and defined solutions. It is also possible to attach photos and videos about the service, which can be sent to the Consultant's, avoiding rework in typing information, ensuring that the information defined by the technician during the visit is respected.
