ARD ABUTH

ARD ABUTH is a branch of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors.

The Association of Resident Doctors Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria (ARD ABUTH) is a branch of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (Formerly, National Association of Resident Doctors of Nigeria) and an affiliate of Nigerian Medical Association, Kaduna State Chapter.

Resident doctors in Nigeria are registered medical personnel with basic medical degree (MBBS, MDS or their equivalent) undergoing further training in accredited hospitals to become specialist.

The members of ARD ABUTH are early career doctors below the rank of principal medical/ dental officers or consultants. They include medical and dental house officers, medical and dental officers, senior medical and dental officers, and resident doctors; in Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria.
