Updated final page with a dropdown menu for gender, and an "outcome" text box.
Questions page now stores the state when the screen is locked and unlocked, when the user switches to a different task and returns to this task etc.
The login times out cleanly when a user is in bad connectivity and needs to log in.
Locations are captured earlier to get more accurate visualizations.
Mon files have had volumes reduced and one missing file added.

Other bug fixes and improvements.
