You can't cheat the app since it will only allow you to check-in only when you are inside office. This application keeps a track of the precise time you check in at work. This app also helps you plan your leaves since you can keep a track of your earned leaves and leaves taken last but not the least this app list the top 5 employees who are late as well as absent.
