With the Bergamo Taxi APP, you have the possibility to request a taxi, comfortably and quickly from your mobile phone without calling the radio taxi switchboard, thus avoiding unnecessary waiting.

The Bergamo Taxi APP will in fact detect your position and send the request directly to the control unit without going through the receptionist in order to save you precious time.

The application will instantly notify you of the code of the taxi that will come to pick you up and an estimate of the arrival time.

You will be able to memorize your home and work address, to make the request easier for you and avoid repeating the same addresses over and over again.

If, on the other hand, you need a taxi in a different place from where you are, thanks to Google places you can indicate the address where you prefer to have the car. Useful function for picking up relatives or friends who do not have their mobile phones with them. Or simply because you are in a pedestrian area or inaccessible to cars and you will need to reach the taxi in the place you indicated as your address.

You will also have access to the history of all trips made and thanks to this simple and intuitive application, you can easily cancel your request in case your schedules change.

The registration of the card (NOT RECHARGEABLE) in the APP is necessary in case you do not let yourself be found and only in this case you will be charged for the transfer costs of the taxi driver. You can pay for the journey by car, with the method you prefer, debit card, cash or cards. The registered card is only a guarantee for the taxi driver who has to pick you up sometimes in remote places, you will always be the one to decide the payment method to regularize the service obtained by the taxi driver.
