ApecKids - Contact book application for preschools

ApecKids is a utility application that connects 2-way between schools or teaching units with parents, helping the process of updating and exchanging information as quickly and promptly as possible.

The ApecKids contact book application uses phone numbers to log in. ApecKids has a built-in parent interface and a teacher interface with matching features.

Using the school ApecKids contact application application can:

- Send notifications with unlimited numbers and characters. The school can create new groups or select subjects to receive notifications by the whole school, each class or each individual.

- Post outstanding news to update parents and teachers, help promote the school brand.

- Check attendance and review attendance history. Teachers will make attendance daily through the application, attendance data will be updated to the system.

- Receive notification of absences from parents and confirm absences via the app. Leave notices certified by the teacher will be recorded as excused absences and vice versa.

- Manage student's menus and timetables. The student's menu will be updated every week.
