Another Internode Usage Meter display + Widget

This is a usage meter for the ISP Internode.

Key features:

- Widget to display usage, roll over and average use.

- Number of days before billing period end

- Usage for the billing period

- Average use per day

- Average use per day without going over the quota

- Usage history per day

- Account info, include Plan, Speed, Plan cost....
