Redesigned question/answer card animations using motionlayout. added answer confirmation animation based on bad or good answer. replaced progress bar with animated learn/new/review counters. added suspend and bury operations. audio feedback (clicky sounds) on answering cards can now be disabled. Anki HTML support has been removed in order to focus on card display and animation support.
Bugfix, prevent user from clicking floatingactionbutton when no card is displayed.
