Calculate the minimum anchor length and overlap of the reinforcement and coatings

This application makes the simple calculation of the anchorage and / or overlap length of our passive reinforcement as well as its minimum coatings. The idea is to have an application that helps us on site or at a stage of sizing and / or drawing of the ferralla in plans.

You will request access permissions to your device to be able to save the reports. Otherwise, the reports cannot be saved.

For the calculation of the minimum flap or anchor, the various options can be chosen:

- "Tracted or Compressed" as the armor works

- Type of extreme anchorage (Straight, hook, Pin ....)

- Help display to see the differences between "?"

- Armor diameter (from 6 to 40mm)

- Position (I or II)

- Clarifications about the typology of the "¿?" Position

- Characteristic strength of steel (B400S or B500S)

- Characteristic strength of concrete (≤25, 30, 35, 40, 45 or ≥50)

-Do we know the relationship between the amount of calculation steel (As) and the amount of steel actually placed (As, real)? An option is chosen. The help button "?" It will remind us what Real and As means.

In the case of having chosen the option "Tracted" we will have to specify:

- The percentage of bar working on traction

- If the distance between nearest overlaps is greater than 10Ø.

If we choose the option End in pin, hook or U-hook, it will ask if the coating perpendicular to the bending plane is greater than 3Ø.

If we choose the known As option, it will ask us for the real values ​​of As and As, real

Clicking on the "Report" button will create a file called "Report.html". The path to the file will appear in a message. This file will be editable by any program, editor and / or browser.

For the calculation of coatings, it calculates the minimum coating of the reinforcements in reinforced concrete, the minimum crack, the maximum water / cement ratio and minimum cement content.

All according to the provisions of Spanish concrete regulations regarding protection of reinforcements against corrosion.
