We are the Horeca division of the Ametller Origen Group, we are dedicated to supplying restaurants with the best fruits, fresh vegetables and vegetables that come from our crops. We also supply the elaborate dishes made in our workshop, guaranteeing flavor and quality from the source.
Our project is based on vertical integration that allows us to optimize the food value chain, from our agricultural activity along the Mediterranean Axis, where we manage more than 2,500 hectares of crops, our activity as producers of dairy products, creams and soups and others 4th and 5th range products, or through our more than 90 own points of sale, where we sell high value-added products.
Since 1830, the Ametller family has dedicated themselves to cultivating and caring for their land.
As a result of their experience as farmers and processors, and faithful to their philosophy of respecting the natural properties of products, the ambitious Ametller Origen project was born.
A model that integrates agricultural production, processing and marketing under the same objective: to make a decisive contribution to improving people's nutrition and health.

TERRITORY (20%)
We cultivate throughout the Mediterranean arc, from the Maresme region to Barcelona, to the Guadalquivir valleys in Seville. We look for the best soils and the most suitable orientations. We like to take care of the landscape.
CROP MANAGEMENT (20%)
We cultivate in a sustainable way avoiding the use of nitric fertilizers and herbicides. We use water with the respect that a scarce resource deserves. We let the vegetables take their time.
HARVEST TIME (40%)
It is our argument to ensure quality, that is why we do not collect the fruit without checking its maturity. 3-5 cuts are made depending on the varieties, ensuring optimal maturation of each piece.
GENETICS (20%)
We have selected the best varieties, not the most productive or those with the highest yield. We choose only those that have great flavor potential and adequate linear behavior.
