+ Size of Markers on Unit: Three options (tiny, default, big)
+ Setting: MP Color:White, Grey, Blue, Bright Blue - Combat vs Support
+ Red E1, E2, etc marker on unit: Encircled turns: Turns spent out of supply
+ Long press DONE: Mark unit permanently DONE for this & future turns (move to unlock)
+ Some App-level settings moved to separate Settings view (access by gear icon from lower-right corner of Main-Play-HOF screen)
+ Setting: MP/HP marker transparency
