Amanda’s fitness and music concept is an ideal way to introduce young children to the benefits of being active, while they’re having fun. She guides them through physical development educational interactive activities that children can copy and sing-along to.

The 2 minute routines are ideally suited for the under 5 and there is an instruction section to follow after each activity.
