Welcome to Always Here, the innovative mental health and wellbeing support service for kids! This app is designed to help young person understand and talk about their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Kids! You can now sign up directly in the Always Here app.

Your parents will continue using our Always Here Parents app, so ask them to download that themselves.

Here’s how the Always Here app works:

First up, you'll create your own unique Companion, a digital friend who is trained to chat, listen, learn and offer you guidance and support.

Need extra support? You can also chat with our human LiveChat Counselors anytime they're facing a challenge or feeling down, or when they just need to talk to someone. LiveChat Counseling is available via in-app subscription.

Looking for advice? Our app provides helpful information about emotions and how to manage them through fun and interactive activities. We provide instant access to coping skills, mindfulness habits for building resilience, goal-setting and wellness activities, and strategies for promoting positive thinking and self-care.

We know that kids want to take charge of their emotional health so they can feel better equipped to navigate the challenges of growing up.
