Do you know we spend 30% of our life dreaming? And most of us are not aware about the meaning of them?

Sigmund Freud used to say the dreams are the mirror of our deep wishes and fears. Hence, when we pause and reflect on them, we can get to know the real us, our true “self”. In addition, the psychologist Carl Gustav Jung proposes that all we are connected through dreams, building up a collective subconscious that reflects our inner desires and concerns as humankind… could you imagine that our collective subconscious warns us about upcoming events such as natural catastrophes, the buildup of hate against others, or other events…?

Or that our dreams want to convey us about dangers or opportunities that we have, and we are not aware? Are dreams telling something important about us that could make us awake from a specific situation? Are the dreams alerting you of a growing illness inside you that you or doctors didn't yet manage to diagnose? Are we missing out on these messages that our dreams are trying to communicate to us because we don't have the appropriate tools to grab them?

The main goal is to create a safe digital space where dreamers can remember their dreams and talk about their inner fears and desires without shame or guilt feelings.
