The core offering for the end consumer consists of offering insurance against handset damage arising out of accidents (like falling off) and handsets getting damaged because of liquids (spilling of drinks on the phone or getting dropped in water).

The service also entails picking the handset from the customers doorstep, getting it repaired and delivering it back to the user after the repairs are done in case the claim is done
