How would you take the measurement ?

You can provide us with your own fitting in the form of your proper fitted garment or you can take your own measurement or you can ask the person coming for pickup to take your measurement.

Do i need to do the whole payment in advance or some after the garment has been delivered ?

100% money you have to pay at the time of delivery. No need to give in advance.
