ALPA Basics Card Budget Tool - quick, easy, convenient and secure.

The ALPA Basics Card Budget Tool helps users do two things:

1. Access their real time Basics Card balance direct from the app.

2. Enter a budget and keep track of how much they have spent whilst shopping.

The app is designed for use by ESL users - the interface is simple and intuitive.

Users simply choose the "Check Balance" button and are taken directly to the secure DHS portal where they can enter their CRN and PIN to access their real time Basics Card balance. Thus, the need to be able to read English or remember long URL's is negated.

Once the user has checked their balance, they can then enter a shopping budget and track their spending via the handy budget tool interface. Once again, this has been designed for ESL client users with the interface being designed to be user friendly for people who have low levels of English language literacy and/or numeracy.
