Fixed a bug that often turns the entire screen to white after certain operation is performed.

We have added the text to speech feature on this release to allow alerts to be read once opened.
This feature is turned off by default. It needs to be enabled in the application settings page.

Also, we have added the organization name on the home page of the app to enhance your organization's branding.

Added http error code response in the unlikely scenario that incident reporting fails.
