Akeron ESS is an application created with the aim of providing companies with a tool capable of developing a greater relationship between the company and its employees, creating a satisfying work environment aimed at organizational success.

With Akeron ESS news, absences, expense reimbursements and card stamping can be managed directly by the employee via their smartphone.

Akeron ESS collects in a single tool all the functionalities that automate the management of human resources:

Notice Board - Feeling part of the business

Thanks to the bulletin board module it will be possible to publish and read dedicated company news, notifications and alerts. Employees will feel integrated and informed of the company's journey. Thanks to the internal updates it will be possible to communicate with them in a timely and automatic way.

Absence Management

The Absence Management function allows you to manage the request for authorization of the employee's hours of absence on the go, eliminating complicated procedures.

The function allows you to view: today's date, the sum of the remaining hours of absence, the hours in approval, the summary of holidays and permits made, planned and in approval. It is also possible to go into detail and view the dates.

Expense reimbursements

The Expense Reimbursement function allows you to manage the expense report entry process and completion of the reimbursement request. You can take photos of the receipts, enter related information and send everything to the company.

The function allows you to view: the current month, the summary of approved refunds and refunds in approval, the refunds entered, with their status.

Check In / Out

The Check In function for managing appointments allows you to know at what time and in which place an employee's activity began. Thanks to the smartphone it is possible to send the position of the workplace, the time and additional notes.

A new appointment can be entered from the App by specifying subject, description, status, customer, order, phase and additional notes.

The appointment being viewed contains Company, Phase Order, Check-in time, Check-out time, total hours made and notes.
