With the AIDA app, you can easily and intuitively and quickly post activities such as coming and going, duty cycles, cost center changes, and sending them to your AIDA time management solution.

How it works?

After a brief initial configuration, you have a clear main menu with all the functions of the AIDA app.

With a variety of setting options, you can take the on-site configuration work off your hands.

Bookings can also be stored locally if you do not have access to a network. You simply send them later via the menu or automatically at the next booking.

Communication works both ways: local users send bookings to an AIDA time management system and receive updated information about cost centers from there.

The collected data is automatically processed by AIDA after transmission. Extensive, individual evaluations with diagrams and export to all common formats (for example Excel / PDF / direct mail delivery) are available. Export interfaces to payroll programs are integrated in the AIDA.

With the AIDA app you have found your mobile solution!

Data protection is taken very seriously at AIDA. Therefore, no data is passed from the app to AIDA servers (except in the case of an optional AIDA cloud solution), or even third parties. The data is yours and stays with you.

Note: The AIDA Booking App works only in conjunction with an AIDA Time Management solution version 06.06.10 or newer.
