Adjustments
1. Slightly decreased the difficulty of day 7, day 11 and day 21 quests of the Novice Training events.
2. Changed the effect of lv.30 Fate Star of "the Bone King"—Vlad" to: Demonic Cleave deals 60% more damage and its range increases by 50%.
