In other words, criminalizing one's faith is tantamount to degrading a sacred issue to become profane. This is very dangerous, because it can drag people into unjust acts, namely placing things out of place (wadl'u sya'iin fi ghairi makhalliha).

Apart from that, this tyrannical attitude will also arise because of theological arrogance; feel the most right, the most majority, so they can do anything against other groups that are not the same as their group / deviate, including using the power of positive law or mass pressure.
