Pursaklar Municipality Health Life Project.

• In order to encourage a healthy life for our people, rewarding activities are carried out for the winners through our Step by Step Pursaklar project.

• According to experts, it is stated that the daily average of less active people is 5-6 thousand, moderately active people are 6-7 thousand, and the daily average of active people is a thousand or more steps per day.

• As Pursaklar Municipality, we support taking at least 10000 steps a day for the healthy living of our citizens. Taking a step, in other words walking, is an easy activity for our citizens of all ages who are physically fit.

• As Pursaklar Municipality, we continue our efforts to raise awareness that regular walking is an important investment for the future of human health.

• Within the scope of the project, we will continue to give sports gifts encouraging healthy life to those who take at least 10000 steps per day with the pedometer (pedometer) in our Step by Step Pursaklar application program.
