In France, access to certain sites, purchases or services requires proof that you are an adult.

Reserved Access is the only simple and protective application for personal data, guaranteeing your anonymity from start to finish, to access sites restricted to adults.

FUNCTIONING

The websites concerned by the system for the protection of minors authorize access to their content and services only to users who can attest to their majority. For each access to a restricted site, it sends its user to the Restricted Access application by scanning a QR Code. Once the application is installed, the user can generate his proof of majority and use it immediately and completely anonymously without any collection or storage of data. To issue proof that a user is indeed of legal age, the Reserved Access application relies on the certification of a third party (mobile operator).

Developed by IN Groupe, in close collaboration with OBS (Orange Business Services) and French players in digital trust, this application has been designed with the authorities in charge of data protection in order to comply with personal data protection standards.

To access sites or services reserved for adults while remaining completely anonymous, only proof of majority, not mentioning any personal data, is stored on your phone.

DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY

A proof of majority generated by the Restricted Access application does not contain any personal data, is anonymous and not traceable. When it is linked to the websites concerned by the device, the Restricted Access application does not use or transmit any personal data.
