Waste app of the ABV in the district of Viersen

Which recyclable material can be disposed of when, where and how? The waste app enables quick access to the individual collection dates. You will be reminded of all appointments for a maximum of five locations after prior setting. The personal locations are selected in the profile. A slider is used to set which collection dates for a specific recyclable material should be informed.

When setting the profile, it is also determined whether the smartphone will remind you of the upcoming collection dates via the local notification and/or via the calendar. Unscheduled changes to dates are taken into account in both cases.

Other functions are:

• a waste ABC or guide helps with the disposal of very specific recyclables. In addition, reference is made to the correct disposal sites.

• an overview of all disposal locations with opening times and a routing function

• an overview of the fixed and mobile pollutant collection points
