The new way to submit 311 requests includes:
Starting on map view with a location and/or a photo
Better location selection & validation
Quick search & filtering for Request Categories
A summary section to track progress
A more logical, intuitive flow to reporting
Guest reporting that doesn’t require login or registration
Improve photo uploads
Better error and requirement messaging for request information
