“7 Weeks Without” is the Protestant Church’s fasting campaign. Every year, with a different motto, it invites you to consciously experience and shape the time between Ash Wednesday and Easter. The fasting calendar “7 Weeks Without” offers suggestions in carefully selected texts and images. The motto will be spelled out in different aspects for seven weeks. It's not about giving up in the literal sense, but about fasting in your head: interrupting the routine of everyday life for seven weeks and daring to try new perspectives! Millions of people get involved in this every year: individually, in families or as fasting groups in communities. With the “7 Weeks Without” app you can enjoy the text and images of the fasting calendar day after day as well as the weekly fasting emails on your tablet or smartphone.
