7 Stages is a people development paradigm.

7 Stages ( aka, 7 Stages of Spiritual growth) is a people development paradigm as well as a holistic discipleship training strategy. It is rooted in the understanding that just as our physical bodies grow in stages, so too our spirituality must be cultivated along stage-specific sensitivities in order to be healthy and effective as disciples.

Hence, the goal of 7 Stages Ministry is to produce and provide relevant, interactive, Bible-based, and practical small group materials to enable churches to effectively nurture non-believers to become mature believers who then can equip others in the same systematic, holistic growth paradigm. This is our vision and calling: to help churches raise a generation of equippers who will not only know how to accept the baton, but also know how to pass it on!
