New Pro Version changes.
NEW Dumbbell Exercises !!!
Jeff decided to kick it up a notch, the updated shuffle logic incorporates revised settings that will definitely increase the intensity for the higher level shuffles and will help keep the level of effort consistent with the effort level selected during a shuffle.
No Equipment exercises are now called Body Weight exercises.
Minor updates to some screens.
