What's new in this version?

- resolved bug in app startup after update from 1.35f1 to 1.40f2
- fixed crashes on Android 4.1
- added consent for personalised ads
- replaced Vungle & Unity Ads SDK with MoPub & InMobi, for better ads
- moved Licenses and Terms of Service into settings
- added notifications, so you can be informed when something goes on
