PrOrganize is a personal Kanban task management application that allows users to easily visualize their tasks through the use of “categories” in order to manage and improve work productivity. From this, the user can also set the importance of the categories and what needs to be done first. Additionally, all data is saved locally and requires a user log in, so that all their projects, be it planning a secret event for a friend or company assignments, are kept secure. The application also provides a timer that can help the user work on their tasks in a productive manner.
- Login and Register a user to the app (with/without Facebook)
- Make new projects in the form of a Kanban board.
- Set a project icon
- Make new categories within the Kanban board.
- Make new tasks within categories and set task priorities.
- Shift tasks between categories
- Open task information and add notes.
- Pomodoro timer to help with productivity.
