Diane has been teaching leadership skills since 1995 and has taught over 15,000 leaders. Diane, who has over 15 years of direct leadership experience and led 50 direct reports at the age of 25, owns 2-Way Communications. 2-Way Communications, LLC (2-Way) specializes in developing and delivering leadership training.
