Fix for sniper related crash on certain devices and other fixes

Hotfix for crash when defusing mines
Fixed mission Axis 2.1 can not be completed after loading save game
Other crash fixes and optimizations
Fixed several mission related bugs, especially not working engineers, wrong counting mission objectives and crashes.
