What's New in the Latest Version 1.4.0

In this version we have added an option whereby citizens are being notified if they did not have any translations enabled during an active chat, but did choose a non-Dutch preferred language. As a result, citizens are informed that the chat can be translated. We have also implemented various optimizations that make the app more stable and secure.
