Harmonic calls can be used by traffic-impaired people living in Ansan and those who visit Ansan from other areas.

● Target audience

* Residents of Ansan City residents and those who wish to visit Ansan City from other regions and use Harmonic Call according to the resident registration

-Persons with severe disabilities (handicapped walking in wheelchairs) who are unable to use public transportation

-Level 1 or Level 2 national merit

-Infants under the age of 5 (less than 60 months) and need regular treatment for more than 1 month for the purpose of rehabilitation

-Persons 65 years of age or older are those with a long-term care level 1 to 3, or the public

Persons unable to use transportation (requires a medical center and medical certificate above a specialized hospital)

-Pregnant woman

● How to apply

* Be sure to contact the Harmony Call counseling office at 1588-5410-You can use it after the member approval process.

* How to apply for membership: Fill out the membership application form (customer) → check whether it is eligible for use (Ansan city) → final approval (not approved) notification

* Customers approved for membership application are Ansan City Corporation

Register as a member on the homepage (www.ansanuc.net) and use the issued ID and password to access the mobile app.

-Mobile app: Support for transportation of the weak in Ansan city

● Operating hours

*Vehicle operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

-Use of Harmonic Call vehicle for 24 hours, but voucher taxi available time from 6:00 to 22:00 (only available in Ansan city)

① In-house call consultation and mobile app operating hours: 6:00 to 22:00 (1588-5410)

② Reservations outside the building must be made at the Harmony Call Center at 1588-5410 one day in advance.

● Vehicles in operation: 60 Harmonic calls, 60 voucher taxis

● Usage fee

-Inside: KRW 1,200

* Other fees: Expressway tolls, parking fees, and waiting charges are borne by the user (the customer is responsible for the round-trip tolls at Incheon Airport)

-100 won per month for pregnant women

● Frequency of use: 4 times one way per day

● Service area

-In-house area (call on the day): Ansan, Anyang, Siheung, Suwon, Hwaseong, Gunpo, Gwangmyeong

● Restrictions on use

* Restricted within one year (different usage restrictions)

-Cancellation within 1 hour of the reservation time or after an immediate call is dispatched and the vehicle arrives at the departure point

-In case of overdue payment

-If the person subject to registration is different from the applicant

-In case of deliberately interfering with the safe operation of the driver

-In case of interfering with business such as sexual harassment, abusive language or abusive language to counselors and drivers

-In case of not wearing or rejecting seat belt

-If the purpose of use is deceived and reservations are made and used
