Atokbiz can freely use functions such as FMC, CRM, and CTI anywhere through smartphones, tablets, and Web.

AtalkBiz Solution

You cannot register as a member of the Atok Biz service within the app, and it is an application provided to Atok corporate subscribers. Please log in using the ID information issued by Good Telecom.

Atok Biz includes functions necessary for general companies as well as functions for professional call centers, so only the necessary functions can be used on multiple devices (Web, tablet, smartphone, IP-Phone) through cloud or built-in type.

■ Atok Biz service main functions

※ Representative number

- Use national phone numbers, landline numbers, and internet phone numbers through the Atok Biz app.

※ Incoming call function

- You can designate incoming calls as sequential, simultaneous, or circular. Equally applicable to Web, APP, and IP-Phone

- Incoming calls are received in the order in which they are received, both overseas and within/outside the country.

※ Call forwarding function

- Convert incoming calls to Atok Biz to an external number

※ PBX function

- You can use the PBX function anywhere at home or abroad through wired, web, or APP, internal call / return function, and return function to an external number, not only within the organization.

※ Caller number display

- When making a call using the Atok Biz app, you can make a call by indicating the company's main number.

※ chatting

- Closed chat available only to members of the organization, chat room opening, file sharing function

※ Click to Dial

- Conveniently make calls on the web without having to dial the phone number every time on the phone

※ RBT (coloring)

- When receiving, a pre-designated sound source is transmitted to inform the sender,
