1. Run 'Settings'

     > Device Settings app.

2. Touch 'Manage applications'

3. Touch 'MNCViewer' app

4. In 'MNCViewer', touch 'Permissions'

5. Enable storage permissions in the 'MNCViewer' app permissions screen

6. Run the Scrap Master Premium Viewer app
