Smartwell Welfare (Meals) credit card payment details are sent to the app, and if you deduct points from the app, your personal card bill will be deducted.

Smartwell Co., Ltd. is a mobile welfare card deduction claim management service for employees of member companies using welfare cards and meal cards.

■ Welfare (meals) credit card payment details received

If you pay with a smartwell welfare (meal) card, the card payment details will be received in the app from 21:00 to 23:00 PM the next day. (Criteria for purchasing credit card companies at member stores)

If you make an installment transaction, you will not receive payment details.

■ Welfare (meal cost) point deduction

Welfare (meal expenses) credit card payments can be deducted as points.

It is deducted within the limit of the point balance granted to each individual… When the deduction is completed, it is immediately deducted from the personal card payment amount.

The amount deducted by each employee is immediately transferred to the corporate card for settlement.

■ Welfare (meal expenses) points cannot be deducted

Welfare points can only be deducted from credit card payment details used in optional welfare items – self-development, leisure use, family friendliness, health care, and livelihood support.

Meal points can only be used in food related industries among card payment details – only Japanese, Korean, Chinese, snack food, Western, fast food, cafes, coffee shops, and convenience stores can be deducted

Businesses that cannot be deducted – Entertainment, tax payment, gambling, lottery, adult products, jewelry, etc. Corporate card expenses cannot be processed.

■ Confirm assigned points

Welfare points assigned by the company, meal points, autonomous points allocation history, usage history, cancellation redeposit history can be checked in real time on the app

Points can be assigned monthly, quarterly, annually, or at any time.

■ Information on companies wishing to adopt

Smartwell Welfare Card and Meal Card are free services with no introduction cost, management cost, or operating cost.

All in-house labor welfare fund corporations, joint labor welfare fund corporations, general corporations, and individual business owners can apply. Please apply for at least 20 employees

In the case of a meal plan card, you can support meal expenses in a way that is not included in your regular wages, and unlike meal vouchers, it is a credit card exclusively for meals that can be used anywhere in the country where card payments are accepted.
